Insulated Concrete Formwork consists of hollow expanded, open ended polystyrene blocks that connect tightly together to form a permanent shuttering system. Concrete is then poured into the hollow space to create a wall. Once cured, the wall will have loadbearing properties and good thermal insulation.

Features of Insulated Concrete Formwork

· Loadbearing properties

· Good thermal insulation

· Very quick to construct

· Services can run internally in the wall

· No requirement for additional external weather protection
